Since we rent a house, we have had to fight these nasty insects more than once. One day, the invasion of these nasty creatures reached global proportions, to the point that they entered the refrigerator (inside the insulating rubber band).
I had to do something.. Being on duty at night with a slipper in my hands did not bring me the slightest pleasure, rather, on the contrary, I can’t stand cockroaches and one might even say I’m afraid of them. You can’t get enough of liquid gels and their effect, in my opinion, ends as soon as it dries up. I don’t believe in the miracle effects of dust chalk...
There were only two ways left, which I began to combine:
- first, wrap all food in bags, eliminating the possibility of cockroaches getting into it, and perfect cleanliness in the kitchen, “not a crumb,” tied up a garbage bag at night;
- second, buy an ultrasonic repeller (especially if you have small children or animals);
I’ve already been familiar with such repellers for 3/4 years, the first one was bought at IM and it really helped, but it was not my repeller, and when my roommate and I moved away, the miracle repeller also left me.
This scarecrow was very good in action - it didn’t make noises, and the cockroaches simply lay alive on their backs, like beetles, and could not run away, we simply swept them away alive with a broom and into the toilet...
I also bought one for myself at IM - I received a slightly different one, but also good, because while it was in the outlet, I didn’t see any cockroaches.
During operation, it ticked like a clock and blinked, then after a year or more, it stopped ticking, only blinked, and I did not pay attention to it until the second invasion of cockroaches came to our house. Apparently it broke, because the cockroaches had a violet look on it. From which we can conclude that it is not advisable to drop the repellent (maybe they did drop it while moving...) because it may break.
I ordered again - turned on a new one.. month, second, third - no result. The second one, by the way, didn’t tick right away, but only blinked... Probably it came straight away broken. Thus, I had to fight cockroaches for about six months, I bought gels 2 times - I didn’t notice much results.
Then I bought PestReject again, but the desire to get rid of cockroaches was stronger. And she kept it clean and that was all, a month passed and there were fewer of them, a little more time passed and now they are finally gone!!! Even in hard-to-reach places where they were hiding, which I am incredibly happy about.
I would like to summarize by saying that I definitely recommend PestReject, it works. But it is not eternal - it fails over time, or from mechanical damage, and I do not rule out the possibility of fakes, since the second purchase was not immediately successful... It is not possible to immediately test this unit in action, humans cannot detect ultrasonic waves of this frequency, all that remains is buy and test this thing over time. Luckily they are not that expensive.

I work as an administrator in a large cafe, which is located on the first floor of a Khrushchev building. For this reason, we always have a lot of Prussians and cockroaches (especially considering that there is an apartment above us with a dysfunctional family). We simply have to fight them, otherwise we will be closed. Usually the special services were called, but in order to avoid a poisonous effect, the establishment had to be closed for a couple of days. And the effect of these chemicals lasted for 2-3 weeks at most, then the insects came back.
We got a job with a new cook, a 45-year-old woman, and it was she who advised us to buy an electronic cockroach repeller, Pest Reject.
